These pics are from July 2nd when we were able to duck out of work early and run to the hills. We headed to Aonach Dubh in Glencoe and went climbing on Weeping Wall. After slogging up the Stob Coirre nan Lochan, a mighty trudge, in scorching sunshine with 20 something degree heat myself and Bekx headed up Weeping Wall Route. I lead the first and rather poorly protected pitch and final pitch leaving Bekx to climb the second one. I found the route pretty easy but poor old Bekx had a little bit of an epic on her pitch. None the less she made it up it and we finished the route. It was a fine introduction to mountain cragging for a wee cornish lass. Jack and Andy went up Eve's Arete a route about 10m to our right. We met on top and plodded down in the slightly cooler air. Not a bad workout after a full days work.
